Transit Part 9: Summary of Program Implementation

Successful development of my program requires that all who are affected by it be respected during all aspects of development, fine-tuning, and implementation.  Developing a more specific set of steps for doing this is best done on a group type level.

One of my goals is to be able to start up and operate a consulting firm that would specialize in consulting with service providers during all aspects of the process of changing from the current system to my program.  The team of people I would seek to put together would include having the skills and experience to help raise money to cover the extra costs associated with making the needed changes.  These extra funds would come from both public and private sources.

This consulting firm would also assist with and potentially supervise the training of all your people, from the most basic of employees to the highest levels of management.  Because I have the vision of the program, I believe I should be in a position to lead this effort.

I have written this document with the goal of making it friendlier for the general public to read and understand.  There are certain key aspects of implementing my program that I have not included in this publication.  Attempting to add these kinds of “details” to this document would have the potential to make reading certain parts of this publication more like a technical manual than something meant to propose an idea with guidelines for general application.

Please remember that copyright laws protect this publication.  As such, attempting to make any modifications to it is prohibited and a potential violation of law.  I ask, therefore, that you respect my rights as the author, and offer the respect of talking to me so I may have an opportunity of helping your organization move forward with making this kind of a major, and very positive change in the public transportation services of your area.

Thank you for taking time to read my program.  Obviously, if I didn't believe in my own program, I would not have published it for others to read and ponder on.
