By way of what I have suggested, and if what I'm suggesting were to become law, then those who oppose abortion would have a government that no longer leaves them feeling like they are forced to pay for something they find offensive.

To be equally respectful of those whose sincerely held religious like beliefs oppose abortion, with the sincerely held religious like beliefs of those who support abortion, it seems to me that we only need to look for a way to "reasonably accommodate" both sides.
