Businesses and Hidden Taxes: Buying More Would Increase Demand

Using the financial model in the previous topic section, I showed how prices consumers would pay could be lower.
As stated earlier, lower prices, such as when big store retailers put stuff on sale, very often results in consumers buying more of the stuff they want and need.

Therefore, by changing from our current system of hidden taxes to a transparent tax system that would allow prices paid by consumers to be genuinely lower, consumers would be able to buy more of the stuff they want and need using the same amount of money they are currently spending.

For employees whose effective take home pay would increase as a result of having no more hidden taxes taken out of their paychecks, they would actually have more money to spend on the things they want and need without having to get a pay raise from their employer.

Either way, there is a very real potential for overall consumer spending to result in more stuff being bought, which means more stuff would have to be made and shipped to the businesses that sell to consumers.  This means there would be an increase in the demand for whatever consumers want or need to buy, and this increase in demand could very easily also create new jobs within those businesses that experience the need to supply the demand.

Thank you for taking time to read and ponder my opinion on this topic.
