Can Sex Offenders Get Sober: What do I Propose

So, what do I propose?  What do I suggest that we, as a society and as individuals within the larger society do about this subject?

I suggest that we, as individuals think, or begin thinking, or rethink our current position on what role sex and being sexy plays in our lives.  I suggest that we begin discussing with our family, our friends, school mates, and others the question of whether or not we, at some future day and time, want to find out that science has now proven that the current “be sexy” obsession that so much of our society as a whole seems to have is a major factor contributing to the existence of the very sex offender problem we keep saying that we want our elected officials to do something about.

For me, my decision is to not live my life as if achieving some idealistic sexual high, in how I dress, how I act, how I speak, and every other consideration that is part of the topic, my decision is to live my life, dress myself, and talk so as to make it possible for me to look myself in the mirror and say, I am not the reason you are having trouble getting and staying sexually clean and sober.

How about you, my dear reader?  Will you also make the same decision?  Will you make the potentially hard decision to stop defining who you are and who you want to be by the false gods who promote sex as if it is more important than all other considerations?

Thank you for taking time to read and ponder my opinion on this topic.
