Transit Part 1: Dynamic Flexibility Kept Simple

How dynamic flexibility is accomplished will be detailed in later sections.  It is a form of routing that uses an adaptation of what I call Hubs to assist in transporting passengers from one local area to another.
One of the benefits of my Hub concept is that a para-transit bus driver will no longer have to tell a passenger that he or she is not there to pick them up because their name isn’t on his or her manifest.

Both ADA qualified and regular fixed route passengers, if they are ready to be picked up, the driver would simply call into central dispatch, inform them that the passenger is ready, and pick them up, subject to space-available considerations, which are also explained in more detail later.  The dynamically flexible nature of my routing concept will take care of the rest.

Thank you for taking time to read my program.  Obviously, if I didn't believe in my own program, I would not have published it for others to read and ponder on.

Therefore, we must either CHANGE the way we live, or we bind our future to our past as if with CHAINS.
