Transit Part 9: Customer Involvement

It is common knowledge that businesses that succeed over their competition do so by doing a better job
of learning and providing what their target customers want than their competitors do.  It only stands to reason, therefore, that the public transportation industry should treat its passengers with the same respect.  The industry should get them involved from the very beginning of making the changes needed to implement my program or any other changes and keep them involved.

Thank you for taking time to read my program.  Obviously, if I didn't believe in my own program, I would not have published it for others to read and ponder on.
