Transit Part 9: Guidelines for Implementing my Program

In the same way that my program is designed to provide disabled Americans more of what the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 declares is their right,
so also my ideas and plans for how to successfully implement my program also depend on respect for our passengers and for all involved.

Our country is founded on the idea that everyone has a right to be heard and to have his or her opinion respected.  The idea that we as a people can get together, debate an idea, and at some point, cast a vote to decide the fate of that idea, is a principle that should be given to all.  The goals I have for how my program would be implemented are based on showing that respect.

Thank you for taking time to read my program.  Obviously, if I didn't believe in my own program, I would not have published it for others to read and ponder on.

Therefore, we must either CHANGE the way we live, or we bind our future to our past as if with CHAINS.
