Some people have disabilities that simply do not let them respond well to any sudden form of change. They need constancy and stability. But they can change over time when it is handled with respect and patience. By bringing care providers into the process early, once it is known that the program will be a go, while companies and employees are in training, while Hub facilities are being established, care providers can be quietly working with their clients who need time to adjust to change so that they are more ready to cooperate with us.
Thank you for taking time to read my program. Obviously, if I didn't believe in my own program, I would not have published it for others to read and ponder on.
