Because my program will result in on-time service more often, adult day care providers will receive better cooperation in terms of their business hours.
On-time service will also help the disabled get to and from work more reliably. This is a benefit to at-home care providers as well as to the disabled who depend on para-transit services to help them achieve their goal of getting to work on time. Employers do threaten to fire the handicapped if they aren’t able to get to work on time on a regular basis
To the extent that the turnover rate for hiring new drivers is slowed down, care providers will have more assurance that more of the drivers are experienced and fewer are new.
