Buying property and building Hubs is going to cost more money, not less.
Our goal for raising money to help cover development and startup costs in your area is to first seek for donations from private sources. There are many potential sources for private donations that are simply looking for worthwhile purposes to donate to. These are people or companies who are looking for tax right-offs. What isn’t covered by donations or grants will be handled out of existing tax budgets. We have no plans to ask for any increase in taxes to cover program development and startup costs.
Whose home or business do you plan on taking just to have a place to build each of your Hubs?
Our goal in placing Hubs is to look for empty lots, or property that has already been condemned for other reasons. Where this isn’t possible, we’ll be asking property owners to offer their property to the program for use as a Hub. Hubs do not need to be located in the exact center of an area. Accuracy in construction is required. Being close to center should be good enough for locating each Hub. We also have the potential to buy and use bank owned property.
Thank you for taking time to read my program. Obviously, if I didn't believe in my own program, I would not have published it for others to read and ponder on.

Therefore, we must either CHANGE the way we live, or we bind our future to our past as if with CHAINS.
