Transit Part 9: Employee Involvement

In the same way that winning customer support is important, winning employee support and cooperation is just as important.
When employees do not feel respected, they will not give respect.  They will also be inclined to cooperate only to the minimum level needed to keep their job for as long as they want it.

Thank you for taking time to read my program.  Obviously, if I didn't believe in my own program, I would not have published it for others to read and ponder on.
